ThriveBeyond® is a 12-week 1:1 coaching program for women who have experienced a major life transition — such as divorce, loss, illness, or burnout — and want structured support to rebuild with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
It’s guided by my Seasons of Change approach, so we move through four stages — stabilising and letting go of what’s no longer working, restoring your energy, and setting meaningful goals with a realistic plan. You’ll use practical tools to strengthen self-trust, set stronger boundaries, and create a steady way forward that fits your life.
ThriveBeyond® incorporates my Stuck-to-Ready™ fundamentals, giving you a framework you can keep using long after the program ends.
Four Phases to Support Real Change
A 12-week framework that supports real change, one stage at a time.
⟶ Stabilise & Release (Autumn): Stabilise your foundations first, then let go of what’s keeping you stuck. Reconnect with what matters most and decide what needs to change.
⟶ Rest & Reflect (Winter): Slow down and reset your energy. Get clear on what you want, rediscover your strengths, and start restoring your capacity for the months ahead.
⟶ Growth & Direction (Spring): Turn what you’ve learned into practical goals and a manageable plan you can follow. Take steady action, without adding more pressure.
⟶ Integration & Confidence (Summer): Bring new boundaries and habits into daily life. Make steady adjustments, build consistency you can rely on, and strengthen your self-trust.

Each week we focus on what’s happening in your life right now — what’s feeling heavy, what’s not working, and what you want to shift.
Together we’ll choose the right tools and strategies for you, so you leave each session with clarity, direction, and a practical plan for the week ahead.
Sessions are held virtually via Google Meet.

A practical audit to help you understand where your energy is going.
We’ll identify the biggest drains, what’s been keeping you overwhelmed, and the changes that will make the most difference right now — so you can protect your energy, create healthy boundaries, and rebuild self-trust.

We’ll pinpoint the key areas of your life where you feel most stuck — and where change will make the biggest difference.
This helps you focus your time and energy on what matters most, instead of trying to fix everything at once.

Together, we’ll build a tailored plan using my Stuck-to-Ready™ fundamentals.
You’ll have a clear sequence to work through, practical tools between sessions, and a way to track progress as you rebuild self-trust and strengthen boundaries.

We’ll use guided mind–body practices to help you settle your system and create more space to think clearly — especially when stress is high.
This may include breathwork, body scans, and visualisation, tailored to your needs and situation in the moment.
The goal is practical: to help you regulate, break unhelpful patterns, and respond with more steadiness day to day.

Each week you’ll have personalised action steps to complete between sessions — based on your needs, your situation, and what’s realistic in the week ahead.
We’ll review what’s working, adjust what isn’t, and keep building steady momentum over the 12 weeks.
This isn’t additional hours of homework — it’s small, practical steps that fit into your day-to-day, so you can follow through in the week ahead and, over time, build new habits you can rely on.

You’ll have support between sessions to help you stay on track when life happens. That includes check-ins and direct access via email — so you can ask questions, get feedback, and adjust your plan as you go.
You’re not doing this on your own between calls.

Integration is built into the program — we’ll help you apply what you’re learning in your day-to-day, and adjust as you go so it’s realistic to maintain after the 12 weeks.
You’ll also receive a complimentary check-in session around four weeks after the program finishes, to review what’s working, work through any wobbles, and reset your next steps.
