  • My coaching approach provides you with the space to step out of survival mode, listen to your values and needs, and untangle the thoughts and feelings that are keeping you stuck (which are often subconscious). I personalise tools and strategies to suit your needs, so you feel safe to stretch yourself, get clear on what you want to achieve, and move forward with renewed energy. Throughout your coaching journey, you’ll build clarity, resilience, and self‑belief—and feel more ready and assured for what comes next.

  • I support women who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or fearful and want to make change but are unsure how.  They may be in the midst of a major life transition - planned or unexpected - such as divorce, separation, illness, burnout, career or identity shift.  Many of my clients have tried to do it themselves through reading self-help books and listening to podcasts but realised they need some additional guidance, support and accountability to make the changes they deeply desire.

  • Each session will be slightly different, blending focused conversation, reflection, and practical tools to create real momentum. We pinpoint what’s weighing you down, identify the underlying barriers, and turn your goals into clear priorities and small, doable actions. You’ll use tools like Personal Energy Mapping™ to reveal energy leaks and reallocate effort where it counts. We’ll agree specific next steps, timeframes, and success measures, with built‑in accountability so progress is visible. Session by session, you can expect sharper clarity, stronger boundaries, more consistent follow‑through, and tangible wins that stack toward your bigger goals.

  • I use a seasonal framework—Release & Self‑Discovery (Autumn), Rest & Reflection,  (Winter), Renewal & Growth (Spring), Integration & Transformation (Summer) —so change feels natural and sustainable. I pair this with mind–body tools, values work, boundary setting, and practical strategies, so you can make steady progress without overwhelm. It means you’re receiving structured, ethical, evidence‑based support. As a Certified Holistic Life Coach & Mind‑Body Practitioner, I combine proven methods with lived experience of divorce, loss, career-change, illness, and burnout—so you feel guided in a way that’s professional, compassionate, and practical.

  • Coaching focuses on the present and your next chapter: clarifying what you want, unlocking strengths, and turning priorities into practical actions with accountability. Therapy is different. It typically explores the past and underlying emotions, aims for healing and symptom relief, and is the right pathway for processing trauma, complex mental health concerns, or when you need clinical care. If at any point I think therapy would serve you better, I’ll be transparent, offer referral options, and we can pause or complement coaching as appropriate. If you’re in immediate distress or crisis, please contact your GP or emergency services.
